Geography

Bellandur is located in the southeastern part of Bangalore, about 15 km from the city center. It is bounded by the Outer Ring Road to the north, Sarjapur Road to the south, HSR Layout to the west, and Varthur to the east. It covers an area of about 26.4 sq. km and has an elevation of about 920 m above sea level. It has a tropical savanna climate, with hot and dry summers and mild and wet winters.

Sarjapur Road is a 20 km long road that connects Bellandur to Sarjapur, a town in the outskirts of Bangalore.
