Refund Policy

1) Bookings or application to rent our flat cannot be transferred, altered or cancelled after paying the token advance or booking amount. Booking advance is non-refundable. Incase if you don't clear your dues within 3 days of your contract start date, your booking will be automatically forfeited.

2) The validity of the lease agreement starts only if the tenant clears all his/her dues on or before the contract start date and transfer of the possession of the flat is done upon receiving the total due amount & signed agreement.

3) Security Deposit: A security deposit is collected to cover any potential damages to the property. Upon the successful inspection of the property upon move-out, the security deposit, less any deductions for damages or outstanding dues, will be refunded. 4) Once your request is received and reviewed, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the property (in the case of security deposit refunds) or assess the circumstances (in the case of cancellations). We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 15 days. If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account. Then, contact your bank or credit card company. 5) Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon communicating to the tenant.
