They need to avoid any form of inconvenience created to other residents because of their pets. </li>\n<li>2) Pet owners shall not leave their pets inside the home unattended. They need to drop their pets in a daycare if that is the case. </li>\n<li>3) Pets are not allowed in our terrace garden or in our laundry facility . </li>\n<li>4) While in the common area, Pets have to be leashed or carried by the owner. </li>\n<li>5) Any costs incurred due to damage repairs or cleaning work taken up due to the pets shall be levied on the respective pet owner.</li>\n</ol>",
