Prepaid \u003Cb>maintenance\u002FCAM\u003C\u002Fb> and fixed service charges are \u003Cb>fully refundable\u003C\u002Fb> if services haven’t commenced.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>After contract start:\u003C\u002Fb> No refunds for used periods. For un-used future periods, refunds are on a \u003Cb>pro-rata\u003C\u002Fb> basis only if tenant has given valid notice in line with the \u003Cb>lock-in\u003C\u002Fb> and \u003Cb>notice period\u003C\u002Fb> clauses in the agreement.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n    \u003Ch2>4) Utilities & Add-ons\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cul>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Utilities (electricity, power backup, water & sanitary):\u003C\u002Fb> Billed as per the defined method in your agreement (e.g., meter\u002Fratios). On move-out, a \u003Cb>final settlement\u003C\u002Fb> is done for the last billing cycle; excess prepaid amounts are refunded; shortfalls are recovered.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Internet\u002FThird-party services:\u003C\u002Fb> Complimentary internet is not a paid service and is non-refundable. Third-party add-ons (housekeeping, water cans, vehicle wash, etc.) are governed by the respective provider’s policy.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n    \u003Ch2>5) GST, Fees & Payment Gateway Charges\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cul>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Convenience\u002Fpayment gateway charges\u003C\u002Fb> are \u003Cb>non-refundable\u003C\u002Fb> once a transaction is executed.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>GST\u003C\u002Fb> collected on non-refundable fees remains non-refundable. For refundable components (e.g., rent\u002Fmaintenance where applicable), GST is handled per tax law and the nature of credit\u002Fdebit notes.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n    \u003Ch2>6) Cancellations & Lock-in\u002FNotice\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cul>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Lock-in:\u003C\u002Fb> If you vacate before the lock-in ends, you may forfeit part\u002Fall of prepaid amounts as per the agreement and\u002For be liable for rent up to the lock-in period.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Notice period:\u003C\u002Fb> Refunds (if any) are contingent on serving the \u003Cb>full notice period\u003C\u002Fb> (e.g., 45 days) as per your agreement.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Owner\u002FKOTS cancellation:\u003C\u002Fb> If we cancel due to reasons not attributable to tenant (e.g., unit withdrawn), all tenant-paid amounts for future periods are refunded.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Force Majeure:\u003C\u002Fb> Delays\u002Fadjustments may occur for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., government orders, natural calamities). We’ll make good-faith efforts to settle fairly post-disruption.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n    \u003Ch2>7) Refund Method & Timelines\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cul>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Method:\u003C\u002Fb> Refunds are processed to the \u003Cb>original payment instrument\u003C\u002Fb>. If not feasible, an NEFT\u002FIMPS transfer is made to a verified Indian bank account (PAN, account proof may be required).\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cb>Timelines:\u003C\u002Fb> We \u003Cb>initiate\u003C\u002Fb> eligible refunds within \u003Cb>7–10 business days\u003C\u002Fb> from approval\u002Finspection completion.
